How do Indian Bhajans come to Switzerland
Some Swiss Sai devotees and musicians dedicate themselves to singing, playing and teaching these Bhajans. For this purpose they have edited books with the transcription from original Indian audio sources of 3 x 108 Bhajans (324 Bhajans) in western music notation.
Why do we sing Bhajans
In 1968 Sathya Sai Baba said: "Sing aloud the glory of God and charge the atmosphere with divine adoration; the clouds will pour the sanctity through rain on the fields; the crops will feed on it and purify and fortify the food; the food will induce divine urges in man. This is the chain of progress. This is the reason why I insist on group singing of the names of the Lord."

Living a naturist lifestyle provides a unique, accelerated pathway toward the goals of the body positivity movement. This is the psychological magic of naturism. Sociologists call it "body normalization." When you are exposed to a diverse range of unadorned human bodies consistently, your brain stops categorizing them as "good" or "bad." They just become... bodies. Human. Functional. Beautiful in their reality.
In everyday life, people frequently view their bodies from an outsider's perspective, evaluating themselves based on sexual or aesthetic appeal. Naturism encourages a shift from objectification to embodiment. When clothes are removed, the focus transitions to sensory experiences—the feeling of the sun, the wind, and water against the skin. 2. Radical Inclusivity It’s a hygiene thing, but it also gives
