Narrative structure is changing. The "three-act" structure is being replaced by the "hook, loop, and payoff" structure. A video must grab you in the first second, or you scroll past it. This has created a generation of creators who are masters of pacing but novices at depth.

In a screen-fatigued world, audio has risen again. Podcasts have filled the void left by talk radio, offering hyper-niche deep dives (from the history of the Byzantine Empire to a breakdown of Succession ’s wardrobe). The "watercooler moment"—a show everyone watched the night before—became a cultural phenomenon. But even then, the calendar was controlled by the networks. Audiences watched when the media told them to watch. This has created a generation of creators who

The boundary between passive viewing and interactive gaming is completely dissolving. Virtual reality, augmented reality, and persistent digital worlds allow users to step directly inside their favorite entertainment properties. In the future, popular media will likely move away from flat screens entirely, evolving into dynamic, responsive environments where artificial intelligence generates personalized narratives in real-time, uniquely tailored to the choices and emotional state of each individual viewer. Why only these Android devices?

At Verisk, we want to be sure that users of our mobile apps have the best possible experience, and we know this is accomplished when both the hardware environment and software perform optimally together.

With thousands of Android devices currently on the market, it is impossible to test our Android app on every device. Many of these devices perform well, however some are not suited for a complex, large-scale business application.

Verisk invests heavily in testing its mobile apps on many hardware platforms, monitoring performance, stability, and scalability, and then using the results to provide guidelines as a service to our users. We are confident that those using devices on the supported list will have the best possible experience with their app.
