When the device is completely locked and you cannot access the settings menu, using the physical buttons to trigger Android Recovery Mode is the most effective solution.
Wait for the data wipe process to complete. You will see a "Data wipe complete" message at the bottom of the screen. The menu will reappear with highlighted. Press the Power button to select it.
Locate the locked UROVO DT50 5G in your device inventory (search by serial number or asset tag). Look for the device management action menu.
Look for a prompt at the bottom of the screen.
3 minutes. The device will restart as if brand new. The language will default to English (or Chinese depending on the firmware region).
