Unscrew the 8 screws on the baffle. Gently lift the woofer. Desolder the positive (red) and negative (black) leads from the woofer terminals. Remove the old foam gasket tape on the baffle.
Apply a thin bead of speaker repair glue to the inner lip of the new foam surround and the outer edge of the paper cone. Center the foam perfectly and press it down gently. Let it dry for 1–2 hours.
